Telehealth Policy
Virtual visits require a stable internet connection and a private location. Patients must be physically present in Indiana or Florida during appointments. You must be in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of each visit.
Patient-Provider Relationship
A patient-provider relationship is not established until a face-to-face visit has taken place, despite any communications prior to this event.
